This Policy is only applicable if the Products that you wish to exchange, or return are purchased from the Platform. Purchases via other means will not be eligible for this Exchange & Return Policy. This policy does not apply to Products that have been categorized as non-exchangeable or non-refundable. Upon receiving the goods from our delivery team, if the purchased product is defective, you may within five (5) days bring along the original receipt of the order and head to the nearest outlet to exchange or return the product.
